Since 1999 he has worked in high management positions at significant Czech and foreign companies. Vítězslav Štumpf’s career began at Paramo a.s., where he headed the legal department and also held the position of director of the subsidiaries department.

At Paramo Vítězslav Štumpf met Ing. Martin Borovička who was the CEO of Paramo at the time. During their time at Paramo Štumpf and Borovička became not only good friends but also a successful management duo, which is why they later shared the same career path. Vítězslav Štumpf held the same positions as at Paramo also at Aliachem a.s., the largest chemical company in the Czech Republic. He worked at Aliachem for 4 years and took part in executing a successful restructuring of Synthesia.

Štumpf also applied his legal education at Unipetrol, where he worked as the chief legal advisor and secretary of the board of directors. In 2005, he started working as the chairman of the supervisory board at Syner and, since 2007, S Group Holding a.s., where he was also the head of the legal and subsidiary departments. Štumpf went on to work at S Group Holding for 12 years.
