Myška’s first steps as a fresh engineer led to Počerady plant of ČEZ a.s. Then, after two years, Myška switched his first job for a job in the field that he studied and thus began his career in economics, finance, and banking.
The next decade saw Myška develop his skills and advance in his career. After being the customer relations manager, he became the director of the entire Hradec Králové branch of HypoVereinsbank and then the director for corporate business in Liberec. During the turbulent times in the banking sector, when several mergers occurred and many new banks were founded, Myška learned what is necessary to be successful in business.
That is why in 2001 he did not hesitate to take his biggest challenge yet. He became the CFO of the Liberec-based construction company Syner s.r.o., and thanks to his knowledge and experience gained in the tough and competitive banking sector, Myška helped Syner grow significantly. As a result of four successful years as the CFO, new doors opened to Myška within the company.
In 2005, Ing. Petr Myška also became one of the executives of Syner. Two years later, Syner and its subsidiaries formed S group holding a.s., where Myška held the positions of CFO and a member of the board of directors for a long period of 10 years.
During his time at Syner s.r.o. and then S group holding a.s. Myška handled around three hundred projects worth almost 30 billion CZK.
Since 2017 Ing. Petr Myška has been involved in the establishment of Brightwater a.s., where he is a member of the board of directors.
